MAYOR GERSON MOLAPISANE CELEBRATES 60th BIRTHDAY WITH ACTS OF GENEROSITY

In a show of compassion and community spirit, Mayor Molapisane marked the occasion by handing over gifts to representatives from three hospitals, intended for babies born on this special day. Additionally, he presented a clothing voucher for triplets whom he has been supporting, including assisting in the construction of their home—demonstrating his ongoing commitment to social upliftment.

The Mayor also received thoughtful gifts from local businesses, with Hotel@Tzaneen and Tzaneen Country Lodge contributing over 10 meal vouchers, bottles of whisky, and a spa treatment. Donations of champagne and bottled water added to the celebratory atmosphere.

The event was attended by the Speaker of Council, Cllr. Sanie Tina, members of the Executive Committee, the Municipal Manager, Mr. Donald Mhangwana, as well as directors and managers. The Mayor’s family members, including his daughter and sister, were also present to share in the occasion.
