Water supply has been fully restored to Nkowankowa Zone 3 following emergency repairs to the main pipeline carried out over the weekend.
Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality confirms that water supply has been fully restored to Nkowankowa Zone 3 as of Sunday evening. The outage was caused by a burst main pipeline on the R71 route. Emergency repair crews worked through the night to complete the fix ahead of schedule. Residents are advised to allow 2 to 3 hours for tanks to refill before normal pressure is restored. The municipality apologises for the inconvenience caused.
